Made for clips, not full episodes
Podcast clips live on Reels and Shorts, where most people scroll with the sound off. Captions are what make a talking head worth stopping for. EasyCap is built for these short clips: cut the moment from your episode, then caption it here, rather than uploading the full recording.
How it works
- 1
Cut the clip
Export the moment from your episode in your editing app, in portrait if it is going to Reels or Shorts. Choose it in the EasyCap editor with the spoken language.
- 2
Clean up the conversation
Podcasts are full of overlapping speech, names and in-jokes. Correct those words and remove filler where it makes the line easier to read.
- 3
Style and export
Pick a bold style that reads over a talking head, keep it clear of faces, and export the MP4 for posting.
Hinglish conversations stay whole
Hosts and guests switch between Hindi and English mid-sentence. EasyCap transcribes the mixed sentence in one pass instead of splitting it into two languages.
Emphasise the quote
Mark the key words of the line you clipped for, so the payoff stands out even to someone half-watching.
One clip, one idea
Clips that carry a single point travel further than trimmed-down segments. Caption the moment, not the whole discussion around it.
Find your language and your look
Explore Hindi captions, Hinglish captions, Tamil captions, or browse all supported caption languages. Choose from animated caption templates and check current plans and export options before starting a longer project.
Questions before you start
Can I caption a whole podcast episode?
EasyCap is built for short videos, with a per-video length limit set by your plan. Cut clips from the episode and caption those.
Does it handle two people talking?
It transcribes all the speech in the clip. Review lines where people talk over each other, since overlapping speech is the hardest part for any transcription.
Which podcast languages work?
Hinglish, Hindi and 16 more Indian languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Marathi, each in its own script or in Roman letters.
Can I export for both Reels and YouTube?
Yes. Choose portrait for Reels and Shorts, or 16:9 for a landscape clip, before exporting.
