The Challenge
The studio cuts client reels in six languages. Every revision meant uploading the video again — a few hundred megabytes on an Indian office connection — waiting in a render queue, downloading the result, and finding the client wanted one more word changed.
The upload was also the part clients asked about. Finished footage for an unreleased campaign sitting on someone else's server is a question a studio has to be able to answer, and 'it gets deleted afterwards' is not much of an answer.
Our Strategy
Only the audio leaves the machine. A few megabytes go up for transcription; the video file stays on the drive it was cut on, and the export renders locally rather than in a queue shared with everyone else's jobs.
Because rendering is local, a revision costs a re-render and nothing else — no upload, no wait, no download. The feedback loop with the client collapsed to minutes.
Six languages run through the same editor and the same template set, so a reel in Kannada and a reel in Bengali leave the studio looking like they came from one place.

The Results
The video never leaves the room.
Three megabytes of audio go to the cloud instead of a quarter-gigabyte video file, exports render on the edit machine, and the studio can tell a client exactly where their unreleased footage is: on the drive in front of them.
